Not every real estate lead is ready to buy or sell when they first reach out.
A buyer may have been browsing homes with no immediate plans to move. A seller may have requested a home valuation and decided to wait. Another prospect may have stopped responding because their priorities changed.
That doesn't necessarily mean you've lost the lead.
In real estate, timing matters. A lead who wasn't ready six months ago may be ready today.
