Your iNCOM website subscription will include the integration of 1 IDX Feed - the Board/MLS Set-up Fees and monthly/annual subscription as shown below are additional pass through fees.
For US clients, if you require additional IDX feeds, in addition to the above noted set-up & subscription fees, a one-time iNCOM integration fee of US$99.00 per additional feed is applicable.
For Canadian clients, if you require additional IDX/DDF feeds, in addition to the above noted set-up & subscription fees, a one-time iNCOM integration fee of CAD$49.95 per additional feed is applicable.
If your MLS board is not listed here, we can add it - Simply email mlsinfo@incomrealestate.com with your request. Once, we receive the credentials from the MLS, a new dataset can be live in the iNCOM platform within 10 business days.
